Update 1st August - We have recently changed the way you book appointments with us. We hope this will streamline bookings for our customers and make it easier when paying for 5 people. You still click on the 'Click to see availability and book' icon at the top of this page and then you just follow the on screen instructions. Once you have made 1 booking your details will then be remembered which should make it quicker.

New customers will also no longer need to sign the separate Safety Waiver as this will be part of the booking process.

Who are we...

We are based in Sellindge and have opened our indoor pool at our property and are looking to hire it out to families for exclusive use. It is ideal for children/adults who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of public facilities and have somewhere quiet, private and warm to enjoy.

It is especially suited to families or groups who have members who have additional needs and may experience accessibility, sensory or logistical constraints which prohibits them from visiting public swimming pools.

We have received amazing feedback from SEND children, local assisted living groups and private carers which you can read on our google reviews.

We are also keen to ensure the facility is accessible to all families of all backgrounds and us such are looking to price it competitively compared to other, similar facilities.

The pool is lovely and warm (31.5 degrees) and uses a salt water system instead of chrlorine (its a much softer water compared to traditional pool water and is really good for your skin).

The pool surround is a rubber floor and is extremely safe for children.

The pool is 1m at the shallow end and 1.9m at the deep end and has a ledge around the whole pool which you can stand on.

We have a full array of floats, goggles, sinkies and toys to use.

There are changing facilities and private parking on site as well.
