Q. What is the maximum number of people allowed per booking?
A. A maximum of 6 people, including babies may attend per slot. All must arrive in 1 car.
Q. What is the ratio of adults to children allowed?
A. 1 adult per non swimmer, 1 adult for 2 under 8's who can swim 10m unaided and 1 adult in the water per group regardless of ages.
Q. Why can't we bring 2 cars?
A. Due to parking restrictions and out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask that only one car is brought per booking and no additional cars can be parked on Moorstock Lane.
Q. How do I pay for the 5th & 6th person in my booking?
A. A £5 fee is charged for the 5th person and £10 fee charged for 5th & 6th person which must be transferred into the following bank account at the time of booking only.

Q. How do I sign the waiver?
A. Click the Waiver menu button on the website and fill in your details and submit. Once submitted the screen will go blank and it is done. You only need to do it once for all future bookings.
Q. How do we find Sellindge Swim?
A. Just type in Sellindge Swim into google maps and you'll find us (copy and paste this into your browser) https://maps.app.goo.gl/5Bxe75ntd3jCnKYd8
Q. Where do we park?
A. When you arrive at Sycamore House, drive up the side driveway and park in front of the blue sign which says Sellindge Swim. Do not park in front of the green sign as this is for our holiday lodge guests and do not block any cars in.
Q. Can I change my booking if I can't attend on the day?
A. All booking's are non changeable and non refundable.
Q. Are there any toys at the pool we can use?
A. Yes, we have an array of floaties and sinkies in the metal cage at the end of the pool which are available to use. You must not jump on the inflatables as this will cause them to pop.
Q. How far in advance can I book?
A. Slots are released 2 weeks in advance, if you cannot see any for a particular day then it is most likely booked out already or not available.
Q. I would like to book a regular weekly slot at the same time, is this possible?
A. Yes, please reach out to us directly and if possible we can arrange a suitable reoccurring slot for you which is payable monthly.
Q. What happens if the group before us isn't out of the pool when its our slot?
A. In the first instance please remind the group their session is up or contact Mark or Julia (one of us is usually at the house) and we can tell them for you. This has never happened before though.
Q. We would like to arrange a party at Sellindge Swim, is this possible?
A. No, we do not allow private parties.
